I couldn't comment on that, as we've only run those OEMSETUP files _ONCE_,
and they were the most screwed up pieces of trash we've ever seen. Their
function is to insert a "Local Dealer's" splash screen during the
boot process, but on a test machine way back when, we never did get it to
work properly and gave up.

I skipped Win95 completely, too flaky! In fact, I stayed with WFWG until
some time after Win XP was out before I upgraded to Win98SE. Only reason
even then was that I needed functional USB ports for my digital camera.
