OK I did, its an encoding form used in Packet called 7Plus, imagine your
surprise. The guy I talked to didn't have any de-coding software, and even
if he did it's be I*M ):
He did say that as its addressed to BAYCOM it would be specifically be
about BAYCOM packet modems and so probably pretty boring to us (:
