Hello Gary! 09 Nov 94, Gary Chambers writes to All: GC> Hello All! GC> What am I supposed to do when I query the baud rate of the comm port and GC> it's locked at 115.2kbps? Specifically, DosDevIOCtl(IOCTL_ASYNC, GC> ASYNC_GETBAUDRATE, ... ) returns (supposedly) only USHORT; how do I get GC> the actual baud rate, if it's above 65535 (sizeof(USHORT)) bps? Thanks... This is just a guess, but what usually happens if the number is too large for the type is that it 'wraps around' kinda like 137,000 miles on your car looks the same as 37,000 miles. No gaurentee, but it's worth a shot.
