Lots of tests and such, now I think all it takes is a letter from your
Cardiologist (or a Flight Surgeon, which my GP is). Been to long, I'd want to
start from scratch again if I was going to. I still am a licensed pilot, but
IIRC no medical - no fly. Funny thing is that I only got the license because
my wife asked me to. I'd always wanted to learn anyhow so it didn't take a lot
to convince me!

To lax, I don't eat anything that's lived in the water. :-)
In my youth I went 2 out of 3 falls with a can of sardines. Only took 2 rounds
so I took it as an omen. I have the same problem with any type of whiskey, and
all the variations of it. It's an odor/mental thing. I think it was Dave S.
who said, to paraphrase, "I'm a vegetarian, and pork is my favorite vegetable."
A tenet I follow.
Michael/Lilli have seen me eat a scallop. I figured since we were in this
1-star Michelin type place somebody working there be upset if I set it aside on
a saucer or something. It wasn't easy, but I did it. :-/
