You don't need Warp drivers, as the card is supported in native mode.  From
my Warp \OS2\INSTALL directory...

* Title Cirrus Logic 5426, 5428, 5429, 5430, 5434
"Cirrus Logic 5426, 5428, 5430, 5434"

My own CL5428 was supplied with drivers for Win31, which will presumably
work with 3.11 as well (irrelevant to me, as I'm running the Warp
fullpack).
