If you examine the OS/2 driver docs you'll find EHCI is USB2, UHCI is
1.x, USBUHCD.SYS (and USBOHCD.SYS) are for USB1.x OS/2 function, and
USBEHCD.SYS is for USB2 OS/2 function.

Here's my CONFIG.SYS for Intel 865PE / ICH5-R chipset on eCS 1.1:
