NC> Hi, I would like to know if anyone out there would have or know
where I
NC> could get a macro that will produce a calendar, month by month that
will
NC> show appoints., etc. that could be entered in the calendar and
printed
NC> up so it could be used as a monthly schedule for groups or
NC> organizations.
You don't state which flavor of WordPerfect you
want this for. I can tell you about WordPerfect for
DOS. WordPerfect Magazine has:
December's (1996) Bonus Macros & Newsletter Files
GRCAL.WPM (5.1 Bonus Graphics Calendar macro featured
and
6GRCAL.WPM (6.0/6.1 Bonus Graphics Calendar macro
featured on December's Disk of the Month) - This
macro creates a monthly calendar that fits on a
landscape 11" x 8.5" page. This macro inserts a
graphic at the right and left of the month name at
the top of the calendar and prompts you to add
shading, text or other graphics to any days of the
month that you want. This macro was designed to
work well with the fourteen calendar graphics (the
month-July has three versions to choose from)
provided on this month's disk.
also, from January 1997:
WEEKLYA.SMP (6.0/6.1 weekly calendar sample featured in
"Create Your Own Day Planner Pages," Jan '97, p.
17) - This file contains weekly calendars for your
planner, ready to be retrieved and printed.
WEEKLYA.SMP contains two side-by-side weekly
calendars for a 5.5" x 8.5" page. Print as many as
needed, then fill in the month and year in the top
left box. Next, fill in the numerical dates by
hand in the small box to the left of the day of
the week. Cut the small calendars in half. Then,
take a page out of your planner and use it as a
guide to punch seven holes down the left side of
each page. Open the file by pressing Open/Retrieve
(Shift+F10), typing weeklya.smp and pressing
(Enter). To print the calendar, press Print/Fax
(Shift+F7), (1) Full Document, (Enter).
