Hmmm........strange that it wasn't included with Warp 4!  When I wrote my 
original messages I was under the impression that it was included in Warp 3 
but after doing a bit of thinking (which is pretty painful for me, I can tell 
you! ) I'm starting to think that maybe it was installed when I upgraded 
my tcp/ip stack a few years ago......the file itself is dated from '93.  If I 
have time later tonight I'll see if I can track down where it came from 
originally. There is a least one reference to it on DejaNews but I didn't 
have the time to go any further right then. :-)
PS........if anyone else wants the file, give me a shout or better yet 
suggest a web/ftp site I can upload it too. :-)
