| subject: | Not so good week |
I had been calling these things "Good Week in Politics," a sort of tongue in cheek poke at the Obamanites as I lampoon democrat gaffes and their insanity. But this has not been a good week: 1. On Wednesday, the Obama administration introduced a program whereby our treasuray will monetize our debt after the Pelosi/Reid/Obama stimulus plan sent a shock wave through foreign investors, particularly the Chinese. Those of us who have money invested in the market and CDs just watched the beginning of the end of the dollar (and it may signal the end of our economy as we know it). In a two day period, the dollar began sliding and the price of oil shot up. 2. That fudding little fascist Barney Frank demanded of Ed Liddy the names of AIG employees who received bonuses in accordance with employment contracts. The only high note of watching this Star Chamber was listening to the bottom feeder try to say "parlimentary." 3. Obama compares his bowling skills to those of a Special Olympian. He did this on the Jay Leno show. What the hell is the President of the United States doing on the Leno show? What the hell is the President of the Unted States doing making fun of the Special Olympics? 4. The House of Representative passed a bill taxing AIG bonuses at a rate of 90 percent. In constitutional circles, this is known as a bill of attainder. 5. Chris Dodd says that the White House pressured him to include language in the bail out bill allowing the payment of bonuses to employees of companies receiving money. After both sides ran through a series of lies, the idiot Robert Gibbs said that yes, the White House DID want that language included. Yet Obama feigns surprise that bonuses were paid. Jezus Christ.
