There is a program called Velocipede which will help your training at

 written by Jorn Yngve Dahl-Stamnes.
 Features:
With Velocipede you can store information about your:
          Bicycle training,
          Running/jogging training,
          Ski training and
          Swimming training.
          Race results.
Use pre-defined information about your bikes, trails, training types
etc. to make the process of adding new training information easier.
Can use information from cyclo-computers. Also cyclo-computers that
shows only average speed and distance (not trip time) are supported.
Velocipede can use information from heart rate monitors. The program
support more than one heart rate monitor and cyclo-computers with
     build-in heart rate monitor functions.
With Velocipede you can define your bicycle training goals and compare
them against your training activity. The program will tell you if you
will meet your goal or not.
