Not that I know of. Nope, just checked.

Maximus for DOS just closed down using the spawnbbs.bat option, and the
system had just reloaded BinkleyTerm/W32 2.60

After switching to WinFossil 1.12, I haven't had this problem re-appear -
Fingers crossed... :)
