| subject: | WATCOM IDE & EDITOR |
-> Here's a message I gleaned from this echo that explains how
-> to do it. I applied this technique to my own favorite text
-> mode editor (QEDIT for OS/2) and it worked perfectly.
-> IDE.CFG is in your [Drive:]\WATCOM\BINB directory. Also,
-> note the double backslashes (\\).
-> Luck!
Thanks a bunch Frank, I would concur with the author of the post that it
sure would be nice to get the editor in a larger box when it is fired
up.
I come from programming the Amiga, and never had the luxury(?) of an
IDE. I don't know if I like it yet or not, but I thought I would give it
a shot. I used to write Amiga REXX scripts to interface my compiler to
my editor (still miss that editor).
Stand Fast,
tjg.
