LA> Yes indeed, and just look at the "industry" that has "sprung
LA> up around" Darwin's evolutionary theory too. That has been a
LA> wonderful money spinner for 'scholarly speculations', hasn't it!
You leave out the fact that there is a lot of tangible evidence that
can be touched and researched over and over. I really don't think that
Darwin can be called scholarly speculation.
LA> One thing is for certain and that is the more we learn the
LA> LESS likely it seems that there is ANY life apart from that on the
LA> earth! Genesis seems more and more probable after all!
I think you need to get a grip on that one. Proof is in the bin that
water is out there and with that life. It's just a matter of time
before final evidence proves either bacteria or single celled life on
planets or moons in our own solar system, much less our galaxy or our
universe. I don't mean to come off like a soap box but please, our
galaxy is teaming with life, and that includes intelligent life. And
it's my belief that other worlds have reached out and touched us.
