Is there a firewall in place? If so you need to tell netscape about a socks
server, do that under network options under proxy servers. You also need to
have your Primary DNS entry be a DNS server that sees both sides of the
firewall.

Microsoft uses GATEWAY instead of ROUTER. Most everything else is OK. You
have to remember that you need to have seperate IP addresses and names that
resolv back to you to be able to use a socks firewall server.
