yes... mainly that you cannot do things between the mailer and the bbs when
a caller connects...

yes... that's RA's exit level...

the only ones you might need to worry about are the 31-255 user definable
errorlevels... the ones that you might have FD exit on for different
connect speeds are duplicated in RACONFIG->Options->errorlevels...
