I figured out that I was using the message template in more than one 
place. By the time the netmail was posted using the message template the 
information needed for the file announcements had been used. I now use  a 
different template for the file announcements and its all working just 
fine. Tho I still need to work on file requests and importing the hatched 
into Telegard with Allfix....
