NO Hard Disk can be seen by DOS if the MBR is messed up. BUT the Western
Digital Diagnostic program, and others designed for a similar purpose,
that RUNS under DOS can see it unless the Electronics are damaged. And
that is HARDLY the case here since the problen was created by a FDISK
glitch.
