ARP is an acronym for "Address Resolution Protocol"
http://www.auditmypc.com/acronym/ARP.asp>
Address Resolution Protocol; for mapping an IP address to a physical 
machine address.

So your "ARP Table" is the Local "cache", of mappings
of IP addresses to 
Physical Machines.

If it has bad values (e.g "Corrupted Table"), it needs to be Flushed.
