You're right, those are chimney's. I thought they were just ordinary vents for
individual apartments.


I especially like that great big sign right across the street from his
building that says in hugh letters:


SHEBOYGAN COUNTY JOB CENTER


I'll bet he shudders every time he goes past that sign!
