DH> Mike, as I have said before, when one enters this country in violation
DH> of our law, that individual deserves to be removed. Perhaps the law
DH> should be changed, but until it is, those who enter illegally, should
DH> treated as lawbreakers.
To merely obey when confronted with unjust laws is to defy not
only long standing traditions of a free people, but to act in defiance
of reason itself. If one sees clearly that no "perhaps" exists, that
injustice is being imposed upon others, and that the principles of
liberty are being compromised for expedient ends, what service does a
man do to himself or his society by obeying such laws?
It is not those who cower in the face of injustice and yield to
order that advance our civilization or preserve or liberties. It is
those who are unwilling to accept injustices and challange the
established order in the name of liberty.
I do not advocate any man obey an unjust law. We are beings of
reason and must use that reason when wrongs are being committed.
