The drivers, memory.. etc are NOT controled in a DOS/Win session... as
there is no CONFIG.SYS file for these. SM stated that any changes made
to the CONGIF.SYS file would only take effect upon a reboot and that is
correct. All of the default settings for DOS/WIN session are set w/in
that file.
