    Hi Jack,
    Concerning the above, I believe there is a company selling  unseen 
video footage of a lot of these tests  etc, perhaps  you have  seen it 
advertised on tv,perhaps it was Time  Warner etc...  As for  UFO, well 
:), I still say, don't hold your breath....
