Drive-up teller machines, hey. There is one bank over here that has 
braille on their teller machines.  And some of them speak too.
We could always use paper imbeded with a small microchip voice 
synthesizer and a DNA sensor which could analize the DNA in the skin of 
the person holding the letter and user the relevant greeting.
