Hi Maryann,  If you are using version 2.0 go to Geodraw.  Click on file
and other and that will bring you to the import export commands.  There
you can check to see what formats are supported for converting your
file.  I am not on AOL so I cannot help with your other question.

P.S.  Try placing the graphich in the document folder after importing
into Geodraw.
