I bet you'll see some more info on another post I sent to another person 
before you see this post I'm sending to you.......but just to make sure.
Response'95 is the National Association for Search and Rescue's annual 
conference.  It's being held in Nashville this year.  Give 'em a call at 
703.352.1349 for more info.  Good conference,  they should also be able to 
get you in touch with some local folks. Or sit back and I'm sure someone 
online will be knocking on your door soon.
I was going to stop there, but I noticed you are a dog person sooooo....
I'll send some contact names/# via private post.  Make sure and ask for 
Book Store cat. when you call NASAR.  They publish a SARDOG directory for 
the US!
I think the "missing post" will fill in the gaps for the rest of your ? (my
