subject: word 6 & Robohelp

This is more of a question about robohelp and the windows help engine,
but because it really is a overlay for word 6.0 I felt it fair to ask
here for help.
I have wrote are company procedure manuals into a windows help file
using RoboHelp which uses word 6.0 which I have placed on the sever for
all to have access too. Now I want to add some ISO drawings into this
.hlp file/manual. My problem is this, these drawings are to much of
a memory hog for the windows .hlp engine, but was told if I used
metafile .wmp which is just intsructions instead of a bitmap .bmp format
I may be able to work around this. I was able to get them in there but
now the user can not print the drawings, it prints the procedure, but it
messes up the drawing. Which may be because I had to reduce the dpi so
much to allow the drawings to be compiled, the funny thing is I can pull
same file into a viewer and it prints just fine???
The drawings are made off of microstation 4.0, but because windows can
not handle this format I had to scan in the hard copy and save as a
bitmap. Word reads it in just fine and prints it out just fine.
Does anyone out there have any experience with word 6.0 and RoboHelp?
Or any other advice?
Thanks in advance.
p.s I realize this takes the ms_word conference to its limits but I had
no were else to turn.
