Freq'ing requires a fidonet style mailer, such as Front Door, Binkley, etc. 
or a point package such as terminate..
If you have either of these, it will be a simple one or two key situation.
OTOH if you do not have them it is not possible.
You could ask the sysop of the board you are using to freq it for you.
