 Been a long, long, time since a local max guru posted a method.
 Course I can't find any notes and he (Jeff Vineburg) is long
 gone from 273, so, make backups, cross pinkies, etc......
 Menus.ctl, Menu READER section.
 Add the following line below the existing Msg_Browse line,
 Msg_Browse                   Demoted "L Dld and Logoff" "tnpY|"
 and the following as the last line in that block, just above End Menu,
 NoDsp Key_Poke gyn;|         Demoted "L"
 We will have to leave it to the current crop of gurus to explain
 everything that happens.
