Hi,

to answer your questions:

1) I feed mine about 2-3 times/day.  Remember to feed tiny bits.  It's 
better to feed more often in little bits then less often and large 
amounts.

2) When you're having a filtered tank , change 20-25% weekly.  When it's 
in a bowl, try to change 20-25% every 3 days.
