David Nugent, FTSC Chair, 3:3/20{at}fidonet should have the latest set of
FidoNet standards and proposals available for file request as
"FTSC-ALL".

The most recent archive (that I am aware of) is named FTSC-ALL.L69 and is
around 600K.
