Sounds like out of spec hardware. What else could cause all operating
systems to fault in some fashion or other?

Start with a full BIOS reset according to the manual, usually setting
some temporary jumper while the power and/or battery are removed. If
that alone doesn't help, try raising memory voltage. If that works, you
may have an under spec power supply.

If that board doesn't have the latest BIOS, try flashing to the latest.
