I will buy a 3 L tin of Bertolli brand oil which at $30 is second
from the bottom price-wise (which would be Loblaws No Name) and also
1 L of a nice EVOO and they will last as long as 4 x 3 L of canola
plus a litre or two of peanut oil do.

Yield: 8 Servings
3 lg Red Snapper Or Flounder
1 1/2 lb cut in 2" pieces
2 tb Olive Oil Or Melted Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 lg Onion; sliced
1 Green Pepper; cut in
1 -inch pieces
1 Zucchini; unpeeled & sliced
15 oz cn whole tomatoes
1/2 ts Leaf basil
1/2 ts Leaf oregano
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 c Dry White Wine
1/2 c Fresh Mushrooms
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir gently, but thoroughly.
Cover and cook on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. Make about 3
quarts.
