I was under the impression that back in the Dialup days a GT POWER BBS
would pass the new messages it had to a HUB in a packet, which I
thought was a .QWK packet.
I always figured FIDO BBS's and other BBS Nets did it that way too.
Not being a SysOp, I really don't know.
