Am I remembering correctly that Wayne used to brag about his cocaine and
meth usage? An occasional user of either of those can experience temporary
paranoid schizophrenia. Prolonged usage leads to permanent paranoid
schizophrenia.

I concur, because he is still blaming his problems on the government it
