believe is that it would even sound plausible...but with some of the

Hmmm..."Open container" law, maybe? Sheesh, you'd be in danger if you
even *had* beer in your house. Isn't there some country that limits
how much sugar you can buy so you can't make your own booze? When I
mentioned the "bill" to someone, they brought that up.
