Charles, some people love to sue, unfortunately your argument has merit.
In 18 years I had thousands of hours of all sorts of training from hazmat to 
dv, and found the best way to enforce law fairly was to start by knowing and 
understanding it, then throwing in the little polish by use of intelligernt 
discretion/common sennbse, and humanity, along with humor..
