Kinda, only with 3 new tracks, and a track editor.  Although the latest
rumor is that Sega of America will bring it out here in time for Christmas
(it will come out in 97 in Japan), only it wont have a track editor and a
lower frame rate.  If that's the case, I'll import it!  They're also
rumored to do the same thing with Virtua Cop 2.
