I can get Nathan's in a couple places - but I can find Hebrew National nearly
everywhere. They are also very good. I have had Nathan's from the original
Nathan's stand on the boardwalk at Coney - about the time your daddy met your
momma. Bv)=
My Gordon Food Service Store has 5# containers of all-beef dogs @ U$9.99. The
all meat is U$5.99. The all beef pups are well worth the difference. (Kosher
certification available on the all-beef).

Title: Garlic Mojo Hot Dogs
Categories: Sandwiches, Citrus, Sauces, Beef, Fruits
Yield: 6 Servings
1/4 c Olive oil
6 cl Garlic; chopped
1 Tomato; halved, seeded,
- chopped
1/3 c Fresh lime juice
1/3 c Fresh orange juice
1/2 ts Ground cumin
Coarse kosher salt
6 Grilled hot dog buns
1 1/2 c Fine shredded Romaine
- lettuce
6 Grilled all-beef hot dogs
2 Avocados; halved, pitted,
- diced
2/3 c Fine chopped peeled cored
- pineapple
Heat oil in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add
garlic; stir 30 seconds. Add next 4 ingredients; bring
to simmer. Remove from heat. Season mojo sauce to taste
with coarse salt and pepper.
Arrange buns on plates. Top each with lettuce, grilled
hot dog, avocado, mojo sauce, and pineapple. Serve with
remaining mojo.
