Hello Rod!

Ok, I think I've cracked it.  Yesterday I wanted to dial Borland's BBS, so
I exited Binkley and started Telix then went back to Binkley.  So it is the
act of stopping and starting Binkley that screws the system up. In future,
if I want to stop + start Binkley, I will reboot.  BFN.
