Thank you for raising this issue.  It's a good question, and one that I'm not 
sure of the answer.  I'm open to suggestions.
The alternatives I can think of are:
1. Keep this echo strictly adhering to Delphi and Object Pascal related 
topics.
2. Expand the echo to encompass both products.
3. Keep the echo Delphi-related and allow discussions of C++ Builder only 
where interfacing with Delphi is concerned.
4. Other?
