HIS? You gotta be kidding me! I had no idea it was a guy. I
always thought it was a very feminine voice that couldn't produce
the gruff masculine voice that most other singers of the genre
had.
FA>> I'm into the growlier "I'm depressed and I'm pissed

FA>> gross...songs are great though. Type-o. What can I say about Type-O?
FA>> I used to like them alot, but the new stuff is to main stream for me.
TK> Yep...but the album "Bloody Kisses" is absolutely great :)
I probably heard songs off of it but never found out what it was.
I don't know any Type-O names (songs or otherwise). I just heard
them at my friend's house. He...or should I say "they" are
really into it.
FA>> Ever heard of Heavy Water Factory?
TK> Nope....never..
FA>> JUst bought their first album (couldn't get the newer one...ran outta

aven't
FA>> heard in a long time. They don't lay slaves to over amplified bass to

TK> I don't know exactly what you mean...please explain..
When a person listens to Industrial, the first thing they notice
is the techno like beat with its intense bass. They concentrate
on the bass while the melody (if any) just adds to the over all
feal; not really stearing the music. THey listen to the bass and
come to only hear the bass and eventually classify the song by
the bass...sooo, the artist get wind of this and use this to gain
acceptance and eventually more record sales (needless to say this
is just my warped and uniformed opinion...I'm just babbling
because you asked). Soon, the entire industry is slave to bass.
If it doesn't have bass, people don't like it...or so they think.
SOOO, the artists concentrate on the bass and forget about the
rest leaving it shotty and very meaningless. It loses its feel
and becomes somewhat alienated. Its now rare to hear music that
doesn't rely on bass to make up for what the rest of the song
lacks. Its there to hide mistakes while gain the listeners
interest.
When I say "they use everything", I mean that the peice
is put together very well. It doesn't concentrate on one aspect
of the music.
Sound ok? Can you understand it? IF you do, can you
explain it to me...I forgot what we were talking about...there
goes my argument.
FA>> I like SoundGarden and AC/DC too. Those are by far my favorite bands.
TK> D*mn....I knew I forgot some extremely good bands to mention.... ;)
You can never list them all. It'd take me a lifetime to get
them ALL down on paper.

Not too mention expensive. What's a T1 worth, a Grand a month? Still,
at least you have the option. We have only just had ISDN become widely
available. (And I think we invented it!)

You sound pretty serious. Have you checked out the Microsoft 'Internet
Information Server'.
Offers ODBC compatibility built in and built in VBA type scripting which
aparently rivals Java.
Previously code named 'Gibralter'.
Aparently available on www.microsoft.com.
