Otherwise it is starting from -> TW> "Square 1" at every boot up. -> I seem to recall that the settings can be saved to a floppy? Doesn't work in the 3.3 release here but I've been up in running over four weeks in ramdrive now. From boot to online and configured is 7 minutes after the BIOS boots and the ram check completes. I've got a very small drive in the 486 with two Linux partitions on I could try in this machine to save settings, addresses, ect. As is I manualy mount /dev/fd0 and save specific files like bookmarks and e-mail addresses to floppy. It's rather simple to import them as needed. You're URL's to the improved Windows fdisk and format are on floppy as message.eml the default message name. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
