SCG hands off the orders to the NCORF, which is usually in and of itself the 
reason for any delays. At the present, the NCORF is considering undertaking a 
proposed Lou Dripkin Memorial and Laundramat, therefore we can expect even 
greater delays than usual.

Flipside provides the rings at a highly over inflated price. This causes the 
NCORF to sub out to an Indian software development firm to provide the 
decoding application. This explains the Glodbreg Virus AND its resilience in 
the face of typical antibiotics.
