-> Taglines have always been an option, not a requirement. I like taglines but

Which is why when I modded the EDITOR.WCC file in WINS on my system, I
made it so that the WCX always asks if you want to use a tagline. Might
update it again to have that setting recorded in the user's database
record.
... That's no Tagline! It's Odo!
