other parts of policy too, e.g. chapter 3 or 5 or 6 or any other?

What is you over all path of progesssing? Have you done the most important
changes to start with and take them to vote, and if that succeeded, more
changes will follow? Or do you think with this changes a lot is done and
then wait?
