 Re-inventing the wheel? 

 Actually, the menu is a bit easier than I originally typed. Don't make
option 38 automatic and put a 'R'ead hotkey on the screen to aviod having
the prob of how to get away from the prompt being active. Quicker than
writing the door (which I may have a ver of in my junk already. :).
