When I log into the Santronics site using WcNav, I get popups saying
there is a newer version of the Navigator client, and offers for me to
download it.

If I download it, and then restart everything as instructed, I still get
the same popup when I log in.  Is there any explanation why this
happens, and perhaps how I might fix this.

Does this mean that the new version of that client didn't install if it
keeps offering it to me?
