I also have this problem: it's a major problem for me!

When my win machine tryies to overwrite files on my linux server, it plain
does not work (if a file exists), I can only do it to a local drive, thau
my ftp server is never up to date and my allfix logs are full or errors
relating to this issue. Yet I can copy the file over the top from dos and
windows as well as using xtree, only allfix has this problem...
