Try Fprint's "Virtual Pascal 1.1" for OS/2 which claims to be absolutely
100% compatible with Borland Delphi (but doesn't yet offer the visual
builder interface that Delphi has). Its available as a demo
"vp11demo.zip" from many OS/2 sites. If you have internet access you
can get it from either the "Hobbes" web site or FTP site.
Another would be SpeedSoft's "Speed Pascal 1.5" which claims to be
nearly completely compatible to Delphi (sans visual builder). Its
available at the same places as sp15demo.zip.
SpeedSoft also offers a beta of their upcomming "Sibyl" visual
interfaced pascal (very similar to full visual Delphi) as
"sibylb3a.zip". Try Hobbes, or search for SpeedSoft with a web search
engine.
