Wayne CAN'T put the drive on C: with the existing motherboard I/O,
the Promise Ultra66 I/O card does not support ATAPI in hardware as
did a previous BIOS'edc Promise card I had in the 486.

Kinda sorta hard to load the software from the CD when the CD Drive
isn't supported by the I/O card.
